Please take a look at the proposed design presented to the GEPENC 7/11/2012. No, it's not the typical monstrosity by far. But listening to our outcry for less units & more onsite guest parking would be a good start in alleviating some of our monster parking/traffic problems. 18 units housing 2 cars each is far too many on narrow hilly streets already lined up with parked cars!
